House Update: The Bedroom

As you are all painfully aware, I have a fever of the spring cleaning variety. So far I have organized the pantry, bought 19 types of tubs (ranging from sandwich dishes all the way up to big storage tubs) and deep cleaned the fridge.

My latest project? Re-making the smartest and I's bedroom. When we got married, the smartest and I bought some black jersey sheets, which matched our 5 different colored pillow cases with gusto. That's right. 5 different colors. One of them was strawberry shortcake. I'm not ashamed.

Yesterday, I dropped by our local Target with the intention of starting to put together a bedroom that was a little more grown up and a little less college-y. Here's our updated springy bedroom, completely shortcake free!
