B is for Bon Voyage: London (Westminster Abbey)

After getting our fill of the tower, we hopped on a boat and motored down the river Thames to the Westminster Abbey area. I always assumed that Westminster Abbey was the building with Big Ben, but as it turns out, that building is actually houses Parliament, and Westminster Abbey is the OTHER breathtakingly gorgeous building in the area.

 

 

 

As would become custom- no photos were allowed inside the building, so here are a couple of the outside:

After all our sightseeing, we needed sustenance. And by sustenance, I do mean wireless internet. So we found a pub that offered both, and had ourselves some good ol' fashioned fish and chips.

 

 

After our tasty ocean treat, we were off to the London Eye.
